Philip H. Bonello
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bonello joined Gray Supply Company in 1999 as President and Chief Executive Officer and began immediately to expand the Company’s product line, marketing methods to the Web and upgrade executive staff in key functional areas. Mr. Bonello brings extensive organizational leadership to The Company in addition to broad experience in direct marketing, sales management and database applications. Prior to joining Gray Supply, Mr. Bonello was Senior Vice President and General manager for Metromail’s OnLine Services Group. Mr. Bonello held a number of marketing and senior corporate positions during his twelve-year tenure at Metromail until the Company was sold to Experian in 1998. Prior to Metromail, Mr. Bonello was a consultant with Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Bonello has a B.A. from Ohio University, an M.S. From Duquesne University and a Ph.D. in Psychology From the Illinois Institute of Technology. Mr. Bonello is a public speaker and author on marketing and database applications and is frequently quoted in the popular and trade press.

Steven M. Dombar
Director of Sales and Business Development

Mr. Dombar joined Gray Supply Company in 2002 as both Director of Business Development and CFO. He contributed immediately to the growth of the business as well as improving the financial operations of the company. Prior to joining Gray, Mr. Dombar served as the controller for Sterling Partners, a prestigious National Venture Capital firm. Prior to Sterling Partners, Mr. Dombar was a senior auditor with Grant Thornton. Mr. Dombar has a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University.


Dave Burtner
Director of Online Services

Mr. Burtner joined Gray Supply Company in 2000. His experience in data compiling and development of specialized web directories helped Gray Supply Company launch LightingfortheHome.com, a premier website that offers hard-to-find, high quality home lighting products to consumers and designers. Prior to founding Lightsearch.com, the premier industry portal for lighting professionals, Mr Burtner was a principal in a video communications company that produced training videos and computer-based training for building and design professionals. He has conducted workshops, seminars and given many talks to professional organizations on advanced energy-efficient building technologies. In addition, he has given numerous presentations on the role of the internet at national conferences including LightFair International, The Illuminating Engineering Society of North America and the National Electrical Manufacturers Association. Mr Burtner has over 15 years of lighting industry experience.


David P. Peterson
Controller

Mr. Peterson joined Gray Supply Co. in December 2003 as Controller. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Peterson was the Controller for Strandtek International, Inc. Mr. Peterson has been a controller for Federal Marine Terminals, Inc., Globe Building Materials, Inc. and GPD, Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Whirlpool Corp. Mr. Peterson has worked in establishing new corporations, expanding operations, acquiring new entities and taking corporations public. The expertise he brings will enable the corporation to expand and grow in the years to come. Mr. Peterson has a B.S. from Indiana University, and a MBA from DePaul University in accounting.
